The recent decision of the Supervisory Board of the Hi-Tech Park (HTP) to register 48 new residents was an important event for the technology sector. The new companies represent a wide range of innovative areas, including medical technology, artificial intelligence (AI), software, tourism, design, micro-mobile transport, and robotics. 15 companies have foreign capital, which confirms the international interest in the Belarusian IT cluster. We are telling you about some of the new HTP residents.

Artificial Intelligence and Medical Technologies: a New Level of Diagnostics

One of the most striking examples of innovative solutions introduced by new residents is the company Oxygen Technologies. It is developing an artificial intelligence-based service for analyzing X-ray images. This solution covers diagnosing chest, musculoskeletal system, knee joint and spine diseases. The use of AI technologies in medicine can significantly speed up and improve the accuracy of pathology detection, which is especially important in the global digitalization of healthcare.

Automated medical technologies help doctors and patients. In the future, such services may become part of comprehensive health monitoring systems integrated with medical institutions and mobile applications. In addition, the development of artificial intelligence in diagnostics can significantly reduce the burden on medical personnel and improve the quality of medical services.

Tourism and Digital Transformation: a Marketplace “BelKraj.by “

The company “BelkraiTourism” (БелкрайТуризм) intends to introduce digital technologies into the tourism sector by developing a marketplace called “BelKraj.by “. This resource will become a platform for interaction between homeowners, tour operators, guides and travellers. In the context of the growing popularity of online booking and travel planning services, such a marketplace can significantly simplify the process of organizing travel in Belarus, attract more tourists and increase the convenience of interaction between all market participants.

Digitalization of the tourism industry opens up new prospects for developing domestic and inbound tourism. The ability to book accommodations and excursions or find fellow travellers through a single service makes travel more affordable and convenient. Such platforms also contribute to the development of local businesses, helping small entrepreneurs to offer their services to a wide audience.

Neural Networks and Design: a New Approach to Interior Design

The company “Neuro Design” (Нейро Дизайн) develops software that uses neural networks to create interior and exterior designs. Artificial intelligence is already actively used in architecture and design, allowing us to automate many processes and offer customers unique solutions tailored to their preferences. Such technologies are becoming increasingly in demand in the fields of construction and repair.

In the future, neural network solutions can be used to visualize design, optimize space, select materials, and automatically design furniture and decor. This approach can make repairs and construction more affordable, reducing the cost of professional designers’ services.

Development of E-commerce: Contribution of OZON Rocket Bel

Another important player among the new residents is OZON Rocket Bel (ОЗОН Рокет Бел), which will develop, implement, and maintain software for the Russian Ozon Group of companies. Given the rapid growth of e-commerce in the CIS countries, the development of such technological solutions helps to improve logistics, automate processes, and make online shopping more user-friendly.

E-commerce continues to develop actively, and every year, new technologies emerge that speed up order processing, reduce logistics costs, and increase personalization. The emergence of new technology development centres, such as OZON Rocket Bel, confirms the importance of IT solutions in online commerce.

Virtual Reality and Sports: a Revolution in Football Training

The company “Iksar Lab” (Иксар Лаб) is stepping into the future of sports by developing and improving a VR suit for football training in virtual reality. A mobile application will also be created to monitor and manage the smart suit. It can open up new training opportunities for athletes, allowing them to train in a virtual environment, analyze their movements, and improve the effectiveness of the training process.

Using virtual reality in sports allows athletes to practice their skills in a safe environment, reduce the risk of injury, and personalize their workouts. In the future, such technologies can be used in various sports, including running, swimming, and even team games, making them a universal tool for training professional athletes.

Robotic Complexes for Industry

The company “BELFIN” (БЕЛФИН) will focus on the development and implementation of robotic systems for heavy machinery, including the railway industry, construction, agriculture, mining, and the food industry. Automation of production and the introduction of robots can increase enterprises’ efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety on production sites.

Automated technologies are becoming an integral part of modern industry. They allow not only to speed up production but also to minimize the human factor, which is especially important for complex and dangerous production processes.

The Future of Micro Mobile Transport: Solutions from RND Technologies

The company “RND Technologies” (РНД технологии), representing the interests of “Yurentbike.ru” (Юрентбайк.Ру), will develop software, hardware and software solutions in the field of micro mobile transport as a development centre. This trend is especially relevant in the context of urbanization and the growing interest in eco-friendly modes of transport, such as electric scooters and bicycles. Developing such technologies can help reduce urban road congestion and improve the environment.

Every year, more cities implement solutions for the development of micro mobile transport, creating bike paths, electric scooter rental stations, and integrated mobility management systems. RND Technologies contributes to this trend by offering software solutions that can improve the efficiency of rental services and the user experience.

The Importance of New Residents for the Development of HTP

With the growing number of resident companies, HTP continues strengthening its position as a legal regime for high and new technologies in the country and throughout Eastern Europe. Currently, HTP has more than 1,000 companies, which indicates the dynamic development of the Belarusian technology sector. Attracting new residents, especially in promising areas like artificial intelligence, robotics, and e-commerce, helps to increase the country’s competitiveness in the global market.

Conclusion

The expansion of the number of HTP residents means not only new jobs and investments but also the accelerated development of innovative technologies in Belarus. Companies working in areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, e-commerce, and micro mobile transport are shaping the country’s technological future. Further support and development of HTP will help Belarus strengthen its position in the international IT arena and attract even more innovative projects.
